AGS wearing untrimmed cape/no clipping

Offense: Wearing a staff only cape, also noclipping
Description: Was seen wearing a untrimmed magic cape which is staff only. At the time that this was taken he is NOT staff, and has submitted no mod applications so I doubt he's made it to hidden. Also, he was seen running through walls/up hills that you normally can't (AKA Noclipping).
Proof:


I have no proof of the noclip, but other people have seen him/his bro do it.

UPDATE: Trebel just said he is not staff.
